In this nature-based meditation day Subhana and Louise will draw on mindfulness practices as taught by the Buddha.
By cultivating mindfulness and insight we can find nourishment, replenishment, resilience and grounding to meet the challenges we face in uncertain and troubled times.
These ancient practices offer us something wonderful: the gift of serenity and feeling our connectivity with all of life.
When we sit with the trees, mountains and rivers we can awaken our sense of inter-connectedness and reclaim our wholeness with our essential true nature.
To advocate for the flourishing of life each one of us must return again and again to the ground of our own aliveness. As we cultivate a regenerative culture within, we can move toward a life-sustaining community and society. Then we can go forth more joyfully and courageously.
Beginning and more experienced meditators all welcome!
