I have a passion and dedication for meditative and contemplative practices of inquiry that have spanned 4 decades. I have been teaching Zen and Insight Buddhist meditation retreats since 1991 throughout Australia and New Zealand. I am an authorised Zen Roshi in the Diamond Sangha and resident teacher of the Sydney Zen Centre, founder of Kuan Yin Meditation Centre in Lismore and Blue Gum Sangha, Sydney.

Psychotherapist

For the past 25 years I have been a psychotherapist in private practice accompanying and supporting clients on their unique journey of recovery, healing, personal growth and transformation, opening to a sense of empowerment and actualizing ones fullest potential. My work is based on holistic, mind-body integrative principles along with mindfulness and compassion practices to help clients develop happier and more fulfilled ways of living and being in the world.
