Join us for a nourishing 7-day Mindfulness and Creativity Retreat at the beautiful Villa Boccella located in Tuscany Italy, where we will replenish, explore and celebrate our innate creativity.
Insight Teacher
Subhana leads 3 or 4 intensive silent meditation retreats each year in Byron Bay, Sydney and Victoria and also leads the Dharma Gatherings for Southern Insight in the South Island of N.Z.
Zen Teacher
Subhana is the resident teacher of the Sydney Zen Centre and founder of Kuan Yin Zen Centre in Lismore. She also teaches at the Melbourne Zen Group and at a number of zen sesshin throughout the year.

I offer and lead a range of psychological and spiritual workshops and courses; Awakening the Heart-Mind, Wise Heart groups, Happiness: A Way of Being, Born to Love – Attachment Workshops, Death and Dying, Dream work, & Cultivating the Boundless Heart – loving-kindness, compassion, joy & equanimity.
Psychotherapy
For the past 25 years I have been a psychotherapist in private practice accompanying and supporting clients on their unique journey of recovery, healing, personal growth and transformation, opening to a sense of empowerment and actualizing ones fullest potential.
Writing, Art & Creativity
I have a passion for creating beautiful, wild, sacred places in the inner landscape of the heart-mind and in the world, through creative expressions of art making and creative writing that offer inspiration, healing and serenity.
Marriage Celebrant
As an authorised religious marriage celebrant I enjoy assisting couples to create ceremonies from the heart that reflect their love, values, commitment and intentions.
